U.S. Customs Importer Security Filing (ISF or 10+ 2)
On Jan. 26, 2010, CBP implemented the ISF or 10+2 regulations mandating require importers of ocean cargo must offer ISF. Otherwise importers can be fined $5000.00 per time.
Importers or their authorized agents provide additional data elements at least 72 hours prior to the vessel departure from the first port overseas. To avoid any delay, please kindly provide the ISF or 10 + 2 to CNEE on time.
ISF“10+2” is as follows:
The "2" referred to here is the request for the shipping company.

The "10" referred to here require that increase reporte 10 new information units before boarding in 24 hrs.
