       Dalian Dayaowan bonded harbor area has four main functions: port, logistics, processing and exhibition, and it will develop businesses in seven aspects: port business, transition, international distribution, international procurement, re-exports, export processing and exhibition.

       Port business: when goods entered bonded zone and customs issues declaration of export, exporters can get tax reimbursement. As to goods from the outbond, customs won't charge DDF( delayed declaration fee)

       Transition:sorting goods in this area can be collected according to their port of destination.Then these goods are transported to other ports.

       Distribution: importing goods can be sorted and simple commercial  processing in this area, and then be distributed.

       Procurement: purchased goods can be simple commercial  processing in this area and then sell in the domestic or oversea.

       Re-export:establish re-export service system which play roles of trade, exhibition, simple and ordering. Importing goods can be reported to other country or area without processing.

       Exhibition: enterprises in this area can have exhibitions here in some certain place.

       Processing:imported material, parts and components can be bonded in this area. bonded and purchased goods can be exported after processing and assembling. Goods which will be sold in the domestic need to have declaration of import.
